Seems the repeat function (Right CLick) with Extrude don't memorize the Nature of the extrusion
like special ones Set Dir by Direction, Tapered...etc
Only natural is memorized.
Does possible to have a repeat case or other...
Not vital! :)

Hi Pilou, sorry no the way the UI for Extrude is set up it would not work well to do that.

That's because in Extrude those options are "one way tickets", like if you push the "Tapered" button you will enter extrude tapered mode and there isn't a way to go back to non tapered extrude.

However, if you want to do a lot of repeated tapered extrusions, you can do that by setting up a keyboard shortcut that will launch Extrude and trigger the "Tapered" button automatically without you needing to push it as a separate action.

To do that, set up this on your shortcut key:

Extrude Tapered

If that is how you launch the Extrude command (either by shortcut key or by typing it in) then it will repeat that entire thing so you'll get tapered to be triggered if you do it that way.

When you repeat just the plain Extrude command then any controls for options like "Cap ends" or "Both sides" will remember the last state that was used in this program session. The difference with those controls is that they have a value property that can be on or off. The "Tapered" control is a push button that can be triggered but it doesn't have an on/off property associated with it, so it doesn't get saved and restored on its own like controls that have value properties do.
