In the order references document :
Two rail sweep:
When the "Maintain height" option is enabled, the profiles will stretch just in one direction to fit between the rails. When it is disabled, the profiles will scale in all directions uniformly when they are fit between the rails.
I have some difficulty figuring out the difference in result between "Maintain height" on and off. Does anyone have a concrete example to show me, so that I can see the difference?
Thanks in advance

Hi Zooen, sweeping this profile along these 2 rails:
As the profile moves along the rails it will be scaled. The "Maintain height" option when turned on will scale it by stretching it in one direction between the rails while keeping the height the same:
With " Maintain height" turned off, a uniform scale will happen instead of a stretch, like this:

Stretch or not stretch that is the question! :)

Thanks Michael
It's obvious. How can i be so stupid. I am on a solid object in the shape of a helix that I cannot make solid. So I'm looking for where the problem comes from, separate edges, "naked edges" certainly. I will come back to the forum if I cannot resolve the problem.
