Can you please e-mail me the crash dump file, it looks like it was created at c:\Users\Antonio\AppData\Local\Temp\moi_report5.zip - there may be several there all named moi_report1.zip, moi_report2.zip , etc...

If you can e-mail those to me at moi@moi3d.com that give some information on what might be going wrong.

Hi VKNW123, I was just replying to your message about SelectByType not working - I guess you probably already found that it was a plug-in that you installed in V3 and so you need to also install it in V4 by copying it into the V4 commands directory.

Hi Michael,

I noticed that it was more fluid to create solids (sphere, box, plane) on the V3. There is a slight dead time between the first click and the second click on V4.
Also sometimes it is impossible to create the shape after the first click. Pick panel fields stay empty. (it happens randomly)

Hi Finema, I can't seem to detect any sphere lag over here. I wonder if that and the other thing are related. What OS and type of mouse device do you use?

Can you describe the pick panel fields empty thing in a bit more detail, do you mean you start the sphere command and nothing at all shows for sphere in the upper right area of the window, does it just not change at all? Or something like it shows the first prompt but not the second prompt?

I wonder if it's getting stuck in something like a drag/drop.

Hi Michael,
my OS : Mac OS 10.13.1
mouse device : Magic Mouse 2
It happens sometines (randomly), when i want to create a sphere, plan, box, rect, etc..
Choose a tool
First Clic > Pick corner point panel appears
and after, drag/drop have no effect and Pick other corner panel (second prompt) stay empty and block.

Hi Michael ..
I may be experiencing something similar. Sometimes the UI icons don't seem to respond at all. It is random but once it is locked up it seems difficult to get a response. I'll start paying specific attention to see if I can describe when it happens.
Windows 10 Pro. HP mid tower, Intel 7, 16g ram.

Magic mouse not zooming is related to the trackpad view manipulating not being finished, I need to be able to figure out how to tell the difference between getting a trackpad scroll event or the magic mouse scroll event to get that fixed up.

Hi eric - when you say the icons don't respond do you mean they are 100% completely dead and don't do anything whatsoever when you move your mouse over thtem, or is it more like the buttons show mouseover and click appearance but when you click them nothing happens?

Knowing that may help me to focus more on UI infrastructure or command-running infrastructure.

Thanks for this information - I'll order a Magic Mouse 2 so I can test it over here. I'll have the best chance at fixing it if I can repeat it here.
