I like to add something about Project Neo which is mentioned above.
It is a SDF modeler like MagicaCSG. But you can export your 3D modeling
result as a 2D vector graphic SVG file, which is very unique.
Another interesting information about SDF modeling is that
the public alpha of ConjureSDF, the SDF modeling add-on for Blender,
has now been released. This add-on enables SDF modeling in Blender.
i guess "Project Neo" may add 3D-Export later
but "Project Neo" looks like a companion for Illustrator
so be able to export as SVG vector graphics seems,
in my eyes, like a clever step
because SDF 3D modeling is very easy to do even for beginners
did not try "ConjureSDF" my self but its currently in alpha state
but i follow its blender Thread from time to time
Tested import Moi's object 3D inside free CGDream (30 images by day)
all can be modified generically

Resolved!
It's effectively the angle of the Pen Graphic tablet who gives the same angle of the cursor!
So you must have an advanced one!
(i have it for test and confirm this little mouse's glitch! :)
