Here is how I use Vizcom's AI.
I uploaded this car model block out I created a few years ago using Groboto 3D and Silo3d.
Entered some prompt text - 1940s American red sports car with wide white wall tires and pressed render and got the two images below.
This gives me some ideas to complete the model using Blender or 3D Coat. I do not use AI to general a 3D model or a finished image but more for ideas and concepting.

Initial basic 3D blockout I created many years ago using Wings3D and yesterday finished in Blender 3.6.
I ran REFINE several times at 95% to obtain the image below.
Then running the RENDER option at 95 times several times until I got these two images I liked.
Text prompt used : "1950s American vintage luxury car with fins, fancy rims and chrome by General Motors"
My preferred version.
2nd choice.

Here is the original 3D blockout model I used in the above Vizcom renders
Using Vizcom's PAINT option, I removed the fins and got this alternate version.

Another Vizcom render based upon a 3D model I created. This time I uploaded a basic 3D render of my Supercoupe model, based upon a 1930s American traditional styled hot rod.

Final render after much refining.

Vizcom AI render of a 3D line render of a model of a futuistic space car I modeled in Groboto. I am thinking of Syd Mead while creating this.

I ran the REFINE option several times. Then added some color in Photoshop and back into Vizcom for more REFINE.

Source was a 3D model I created a few years ago using Hexagon 3D and Silo3D.
Ran REFINE close to 20 times and then a few RENDERS.

Your are right. Looking through some of the old models I created over the past 20 years+ using Wings3D, Hexagon3D, Sketchup, Silo3D, Curvy3D, 3DCoat, MOI3D, Blender, etc and 2D images...It sure is fun...
I need to check out some of my Photogrammetry works via 3DF Zephyr
