I've been trying Womp for a while but dont use it anymore.
I am also on Patreon at MagicaCSG thus can say a little
about differences
The main difference for me is called: modeling speed.
MagicaCSG is fast !
Womp is sluggish in comparison. Everthing takes a while to respond.
Which probably has to do that it is an online app.
One reason to consider Womp anyway, are the export possibilities.
There are OBJ, STL, PLY, GLTF, USD, FBX, DAE, X3D
I haven't tested all of them. But they are there.
Nice to read that you're also a MagicaCSG Patreon supporter. I love it. In fact, it's one of the most important reasons I still haven't returned to macOS, because I'm afraid it's not going to appear on that soon.
I've tried Womp once, but it's another one of those irritating commercial online community platforms that immediately abuse your e-mail address for a truckload of spam.

Yes, Womp is pretty pushy about praising it self.
I did a few modeling experiments a while ago.
The jerky, slow modeling in Womp was the reason
why I stop using it.
