Hi all
Here is another tool worth mentioning.
"Sceelix" (Mac/PC/LInux) has been open source
for some time. Was sold on Steam before that.
"Scellix" is a standalone procedural generation
software in the vein of a node modeler. But don't
expect too much, it is still in an early stage.
The File contains a few examples.

Looks promising, although I expect Blender's Geometry Nodes to cause a stir in this region of 3D creation.
From: Subpa (SUBPATH2)
I expect as well, I follow the Geometry Node thread
in the blenderartists.org forum from time to time.
If anyone is interested here is the link:

This metaball-like example looks sick. Pilou, may I ask you what program or plugin that is?
Edit: Nevermind, it semms to be MagicaCSG. I should give it a try.
From: Frenchy Pilou (PILOU)
Yes that is free MagicaCSG : not yet practical export formats but it's a young prog! :)

Hi all
- Geometry Nodes in Blender Example
Found an impressive Example what possibilities
the geometry nodes in Blender already offer.

you can make the same in Moi with Elephant! ;)
(except the photo realist render integrated )
From: Subpa (SUBPATH2)
Interesting Pilou.
I would not have guessed that. I had downloaded
the Node Editor for Moi once and played around
a little bit with it.
At the moment I'm setting up my new computer,
then I'll have a look at it again.

Many Thanks for the Link, Pilou.
And also for the Expresii video.
Must say, I own quite a lot of painting programs and
of course Expresii, Rebelle as well. I have always had a faible for
Watercolor painting, so that goes without saying ;-)
But my talents are somewhat more in vector graphics.
Worked a few years as a designer for safety signs, all in vector graphics.
So i know and own ;) many vector graphic programs too.
Find Expresii quite good but somewhat limited in functions.
Rebelle offers a little more. Both complement each other quite well.
I also know Verve, but am never really warmed up with it.

Yeah, interesting!
My hands are itching to revisit 3D-Coat as well. The new 3D-Coat version has some interesting new features and tools.

Amazing!
I always loved 3DC and this 2021 version seems to be awesome!

Funny about Expresii we can give direction of the water flows by the Brush "Tilt"!
