Hi NightCabbage,
The attached image shows your networked shape and a booleaned portion of a sphere with show points active.
The image on the right shows the shapes after shelling & filleting, the networked shape wouldn't fillet. The key is to create
the most stable geometry, and your life will that much easier. ;)
