I forgot to put first:

At export, select all geometry “AND” rectangle you created at paper size, then in export dialogue, be sure “selected only” is chosen……

The goal here is to prevent the “printer” from doing any type of scaling to make the print “fit”

Then a 5 inch line prints at 5 inches

Hi vic, just to give you a visual -

Do you have units set in MOI to inches? That's under Options dialog > General > Unit system.

Then in the PDF export options, the settings you need to adjust are in the top half of the dialog:

I created a 2 tier Table for my wifes Salon and used templates to cut the curves and set drill holes exactly.

Here it is,

If you zoom you can see all the drill holes in the faces. I ended up putting a covering of vinyl "flooring" on for durability and cleanup.

Its working great. Super heavy duty and durable!
