Trying to save the attached as a DXF with ARC entities for the fillets, but it seems like I'm getting splines instead as in the attached DXF. UseSimpleEntities=y is set. I've tried exporting 3D curves and also 2D projection, but neither gives arcs.
What do I need to do to get ARC entities in DXF output?

Hi Peer, if you have a multi segment joined curve if it is all line segments it will make a POLYLINE entity otherwise it will be a SPLINE.
But you should be able to generate ARC entities if you use Edit > Separate on your curve before exporting it.
There is a way in DXF to represent a joined curve made of lines and arcs but not with ARC entities, there is a "bulge factor" value that can be set on a polyline vertex. MOI won't output a DXF "polyline entity with bulge factor arcs" currently but it can read those in.
An ARC should get made if it is a one segment curve (except if UseSimpleEntities=n is set in moi.ini).
