Hi Matadem,
If you search a poser with inverse kinematic, you can take a look on Daz Studio, Makehuman, or magicPoser.
Reverse kinematic is a must have to create it easily.
Years ago I used Daz Studio to create and export a character.
It was free for a basic character but if you wanted more than basic function it was not free.
It seems Blender could do it too, but an easy way is to find a mannequin already rigged, pose it with blender before import the pose in MoI.
Now, you could find many online poser but export is often not free.
If your need is only for a oneshot, use test versions.
