Yes, that Text command.

So, the Pick base point relates to spacing for each font?
Well, then after getting several Text objects to have them aligned to say to the vertical red line which I put at the location of the guideline I have to move each object by hand, right?

The base point is where the bottom left point of the first character's cell will be placed.

No, the Transform > Align command can help with that.

Select each line of text and put it in a group (Scene Browser > Objects > "..." menu) so it will move as one unit.

Select them all:


Run Transform > Align and choose the "Left" option:


Pick the point on your line:


Does that give you the positioning you want?
