Full Version: Interesting tutorials for beginners

Hi,
While doing research on FreeCAD, I discovered a tutorial made by "OficineRobotica" for FreeCAD which, I think, would be very educational for people who are new to MoI and wish to learn an applicable working method with MoI3D. We can see the use of functions common to both software.
Without denying the qualities of FreeCad, I found the realization of the proposed part (TITAN-9M) easier with MoI3D (well, I have little practice on Freecad...).

Attention! "OficineRobotica" modified the dimensions of the part for his tutorial and made it in millimeters.
- Below is the link of the video of "OficineRobotica" on Youtube

- Below is the link to download the inch part PDF file, "TITAN-9M Drawing PDF" in the drop down menu on the right.

I advise to work in inches to have round dimensions.

There are other parts more or less difficult to make in 3D to form with their PDF file, the links below.

Hi, I'm editing my info.
On the TITAN site you can follow the production of many parts of varying difficulty, with, Fusion or SolidWorks software. This will give you methods and ideas to adapt to MoI3D, Voila!

The presentation of the last image added (third from the left) was finalized with the very useful "tangentStyler" script from pressure (PEER) :

A last presentation added on 07/09/2023 (Aluminium gray). Not easy to achieve with MoI3D, but we get there anyway. I left out a few threads (it's a bit tedious to make).

Enjoy!

Can you please send me the file for this 3 edge meeting fillet case as well?
