Oh no.
This time I had only some free minutes and really not time to try the more complex method.
But in this case I had no problem to perform filleting directly in Moi, so no need to try alternative ways.
Anyway, I've also did a fast test with the 3D-Coat voxel method.
1) Without retopology (1.5M polygons)
