Hi adan, 3D-Coat (https://3dcoat.com/home/) would be a good one to try for painting on models. To export from MoI to 3D-Coat use .obj format with the "Export: Quads & Triangles" option set. For generating renderings instead of directly painting on objects you might look at Simlab Composer or Keyshot.
