How to radius 2nd edge

Hi Marv, well a radius of 0.3 isn't going to fit on the bottom, there isn't enough space there for fillets to go in there without running into each other.

Here's the result of filleting the bottom edges by 0.15 for example:

Any more than about 0.15 units just won't fit there, you can see that at 0.15 the fillets from opposite sides are very nearly running into each other.

Another thing that's probably not good for filleting there is the vertical rounded edge that is of a smaller radius that's already in place. Usually it's best to put in fillets in the order of largest ones first and smaller ones after. So it could be good to make your profiles have all sharp corners instead of having an arc in their corners to start with.

Maybe I have misunderstood what you're trying to do - did you mean a radius of 0.03 on the bottom, not 0.3 ?
