Hi MOAI01, sorry no it's not possible to run a Rhino plug-in using MoI.

MoI can read .3dm model data files saved out from Rhino, but plug-ins are a much different thing. A Rhino plug-in is made up of runnable code, it relies on many specific interfaces in the Rhino environment. The MoI runtime environment is not an exact replica of Rhino.

In general it's only possible to run software plug-ins on the specific system they were targeted for.

It's kind of like how a car engine has many areas where it connects to the rest of the car - you can't just take an engine from one car and stick it into another one, all the connections are different.
