I am a Moi3d v2 user thinking of upgrading to v3. I am currently evaluating the demo version with save disabled.

One thing that has always been bothering me is the constant pre-selection highlighting going on on objects and components. I understand that it can be useful at times, but I personally don't need it and would love to be able to work without visual signals constantly flashing on the model as I move the cursor around - especially since the selection system in Moi seems quite reliable in the first place.

Does v3 allow to turn off the effect ? I haven't found anything related to that in the options but maybe there is a command line feature or plugin for it.

To be as clear as possible : Ideally I wouldn't want anything visual to happen when hovering over an object or its components. Instead I would like objects and components to change state *only once they are actually selected*.
