Hey guys! Look - here's how to add a TOOL TIP (balloon) which makes it convenient when you're looking for a tool~!

Pops up everywhere you hover -

You can place <!--Beginning of the EDIT tab--> & <!--End of the EDIT tab--> around each TAB section - and change the code like this to enable popup tool tip balloons.
