Yes.

LWO is currently the best format for exchange of files between MoI and Modo (I'm not a Lightwave user).
Export supports N-gons, vertex normals... and is very really efficient.
And if you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to report. Michael will always be happy to assist and try to fix it. This will always help to improve the exporter.
