It seems like you using linux+wine to run MoI. The fonts looks awful. :)
Try to edit FontSmoothingGamma setting in ~/.wine/user.reg (set value from 400 to 600)

In my opinion the best values is:
"FontSmoothing"="2"

"FontSmoothingOrientation"=dword:00000001
"FontSmoothingType"=dword:00000002
