It definitely looks interesting, but I've tried it and couldn't get used to Modo's interface / workflow. Way too much entry fields, buttons, controls and mouse button combinations for me. And the Mesh Fusion adds a layer of complexity to that UI experience.

MoI is a breeze to work with compared to Modo. But if you're already used to working with Modo, Mesh Fusion is a great tool.
