Hmm....I think there's something wrong with your exporting/importing from Moi to 3D-Coat.

For example "white spots" shouldn't be at all.

How much free RAM you got ?

WIch settings are you using in 3D-Coat for "per-pixel" painting import ?

Could you post one of the 3dm file that is going wrong ?

P.S. A very good idea could be to query 3D-Coat forum. It's a great place with a lot of support.
