Hi Branden, it seems to be having the most difficulty with these front edges here, probably related to the very sharply pointed shape where the side edges come together:



Or it might also might be having problems with making the fillet between the 2 surfaces on either side of that edge because they are coming fairly close to being smooth with each other and a filllet between nearly smooth pieces is going to be small. Having that situation generate a small surface already combined with the small size of the area in general may give precision issues.

If you leave out that edge and instead make a selection like this:



Then that will generate a partial solution with the fillet surfaces built:



It might then be feasible to clean up those fillet surfaces and then trim them into place.
