Hi Jacob, my guess is that you're running MoI version 3.0 on Mac and you've updated your operating system to El Capitan?

Apple has changed some things that broke various things in MoI, one of which is the view switching like you describe.

You can get it fixed by downloading the newer MoI version 3.1 release which has changes in it to solve those problems, you can get it by putting in your V3 license key here: http://moi3d.com/reinstall.htm
