Hi ak58, can you please attach the .ai file that you couldn't load here or e-mail it to me at moi@moi3d.com ? I should then be able to take a look at it and see if I can figure out why it's not being read in.

eps files are kind of hit or miss - MoI will attempt to import them but eps is a very loosely defined file format that can contain arbitrary postscript program code, and the Moi importer is not a full postscript interpreter, it just looks for some fairly commonly used eps instructions and if the conversion program you used happens to use something different then that won't work.

So I'd recommend using .ai or .pdf format and not .eps .

I can't really know why your .ai file is not working without being able to look at the actual file though. The first thing that I'd do if I had the file would be to load it into Adobe Illustrator and take a look at what's in it.
