Hi Tom, there have been a couple of reports of problems with the Intel video drivers that are used by the Surface computers.

Dave above was able to work with Windows 10 installed on it instead of Windows 8.1 and some others have needed to set an option in moi.ini to turn off multi-threading in the display engine, that is mentioned here:

So people are running it but there have been some driver problems with it too.
