it works procedure as follows:

choose model and use Edit/Separate then Construct/Boolean > Union.

One model has problematic area for filleting Const. Dist 1,5 mm, because one segment of filleting path has only 0,1 mm.

If this part is redundant, you can highlight only face (red) and use command Extrude > -0,1 mm.



After this you have to use command Merge (http://moi3d.com/3.0/docs/moi_command_reference10.htm#merge) because this edge is split.



After merging of split edges, you can do the filleting without problem.
