Press TAB then write ExplodeMove on the early process! (All plugins by Max Smirnov! Except ExplodeMove by Michael! ;)
(don't make the "Delconers" ! ;)
_Voronoi > Clear Points > Select All> Plane > Trim> Select Edges> Move them somewhere > Join > _Delcorners>ExplodeMove.


You can also use the "_Fatlines" script as triming knife! ;)

Just 4 corners to trim , not a big deal :)
