Hi niko - I would like to overhaul the interface to fillet at some point in the future but I would place a higher priority in filleting on just trying to have a more robust filleting mechanism that works for more cases. A more interactive "direct dragging" interface is something I view as a lower priority than that and so it's probably further off in the future and not too likely to show up in v4, sorry.
