need help in fillet

Hi dron, it's going to be difficult to fillet those - fillet gets confused by corner arrangements like you've got here, with 6 edges radiating out from the top point:

One of the things that makes this difficult is that when one fillet is calculated between pieces, the fillet cuts away some area of the original model and in a case like you've got here it will be difficult for it to figure out how to fill that area in with something:

So unfortunately the kind of structure and edge arrangement you have here is particularly difficult for fillet to process, it isn't likely that you will be able to get a fillet calculated there with the edge based filleter. It is possible to construct some individual fillet surfaces using the surface/surface filleter instead. To use surface/surface filleting you use Edit > Separate on your object to break it into individual surfaces, and then select 2 surfaces at a time and run Fillet. That does a somewhat different kind of fillet where it's calculated between 2 surfaces rather than tracking along edges. That can construct fillet pieces for you to work with but you will then have to do additional work to try and trim pieces and construct corner junctures.
