You can do this by selecting the output curve, and then enabling history updates on it by going to Edit > History > "Enable update" button.

Then when you edit the input curves the output will be regenerated.

It will only work if there is only one output curve though, it won't work if multiple curves are being generated in one go. Also make sure you keep the input curves planar while editing them.
