this seam stop filleting



so delete that face



extrude yellow border



trim



select all surfaces and join



fillet test to 1mm



same problem here



delete faces,add a line,yellow as sweep sections,blue as sweep rails



new surface without seam,select yellow edge and extrude





borders to select for trim blue surface







...join all and get a solid.Now i see some bad modeling areas



You can't fillet in these conditions,without a loop edge



Maybe others have a solution...sorry for all these pictures,hope you understand my workflow..file attached
