Glad it worked for you. All that's left is to model the through holes, which is quite easy by modeling a cylinder of appropriate diameter and using the Orient tool to orient it to the surface of the cap edge. Once you have it oriented appropriately you can then just move the cylinder along its tangent snap and Boolean difference it away from the cap. That should leave you with a completed model.

One of the many things learning MoI has taught me is that planning and experimentation with different tools within the set is very important for problems like this. If you're running into issues with one tool take a moment and think of another way using another tool that you can come to a particular result. I think that's one of the reasons why MoI is such a unique and effective tool, the features are kept lean and not so specific in operation that you lose flexibility when trying different ways to model.
