Hi Marco - plants and bushes tend to be more often found as polygon mesh data for rendering programs, which is a different kind of 3D data than what MoI works with. It's not as common to find things like that as mechanical CAD data like you will need for loading into MoI.

Your best bet is probably GrabCAD: http://grabcad.com/ - try searching for "plants" there and see what you can find.
