Hi Mike, to use the arrow keys you've got to put in one of the following for the "key" column in the shortcut key editor:
    UpArrow, DownArrow, LeftArrow, RightArrow

And those should be 2 words jammed together, like if you want to set the up arrow key, put in UpArrow and make sure not to put in any space between Up and Arrow, they have to be jammed together.
