Hi Mark, maybe the join tolerance is set to be looser in Rhino. But it's difficult to know what's going on without seeing the actual geometry, can you please post a 3DM model file in it with the edges you are blending between when you see this problem? If it's a blend bug I will need to be able to recreate the blend in order to examine what is going on.
