It's enabled in the v3 trial version, you need to set up a new fillet set and pick some points on the edges to define the locations for where to use the alternate fillet radius, there's an example video here:

Yeah it's another good choice - I can't remember if there are some special limits to the free version like "not for commercial use" or limited file format import support or things like that.

It's certainly looking into as well.
