Hi Arian, yes the V3 documentation is available online.

You can find a link to it from http://moi3d.com , go to the Downloads section, and find the "Browse documentation online" link.

I think the updates for v3 are only available for English and French languages if I remember right. The other languages have previous versions on them, which are all still valid but won't cover the new v3 features.
