Hi Alano,

Yup, that was happening - when you see the additional extends I was running the Extrude command again each time, activating it by a right-click inside of the viewport.

If you right-click inside of a viewport when you are in selection mode, it will repeat the last run command, so if you want to run the same command several times in sequence you can right-click inside of a viewport when the command is finished to start it up again rather than going to the button each time.
