Can't seem to add a fillet here (see picture and file).

I tried unjoining and redrawing the 'planar' parts but it still wouldn't work. It said "calculating..." and in the past if it's "calculating" for more than 30 seconds, it will never figure it out (Left one on over night and it was still "calculating...". Any advice would be of help! Thanks.
