Selecting OptionsTab, GeneralTab, and clicking on "Edit.ini" button will show the path to the moi.ini file, on Windows7.
(Mine is down 5 subdirectories.)
The ini file has the location of the Startup template: [Settings] Startup template=C:\........

hmm, At work the template is in a moi beta folder with will get deleted. Guess I'd better move it. (to ...appdata...)
