Hi Chipp - re: documentation in PDF form, yes if you go to the main documentation page here: http://moi3d.com/3.0/docs/moi_help.htm, there's a link there for the PDF version, find the link that says "PDF version of the help file for printing".

Well, I've never really set up any kind of special offerings like that... Maybe someday but not likely to happen this time around.
