Yup, scripts can be used on the Mac as well. For a couple of older scripts there may be updated versions that you have to use for the Mac, scalearray is like that.

ArrayGem is a built in command that you can trigger by setting up a shortcut key with ArrayGem as the command name - that works on both Windows or Mac.

Generally a plug-in script involves some new files that you need to copy into the command sub-folder. That then makes a new command available which you can set up a shortcut key to trigger (or push Tab and type the command name and push enter as an alternate way to run it).

To get to the commands directory on the Mac version, right-click the app icon and on the menu that pops up choose "Show package contents". Then inside of there go to drive_c/moi/commands - that's the spot where you have to copy the script plug-in files.

There are also some scripts where you paste the script code directly into a shortcut key definition and there aren't any files to copy - those types of scripts are usually for things like selection where the script just does something immediately when it's triggered and doesn't involve drawing stuff or showing any UI.
