Hi Arian, it's not a bad idea but it also seems like it may increase the number of places that I'll have to go to answer support questions and stuff like that, so there's maybe some downside as far as stretching out my own time to manage it.

Things like that would be a no brainer if I had a sales and marketing department with someone who was able to work on such things with all their time... I do not have anything like that though.

It may be something that I should do in the future but for now I think I'll be more focused on just improving my own web site.
