To get rid of the line at the rear, delete the surface there. The edge then goes away.

I'll look at the rest later, unless others answer first :-)

I've used Moi with Aspire, the relative of vcarve pro, with excellent results. I think I used Moi PDF.
So a question is, is it DXF "difficulty," or vcarve pro setup "difficulty?"

Or a CNC difficulty?

Do your parts usually cut out correctly?
