Good point Michael.

(Moi PDF save also can do projected flat...)

Hi Marv.

I imported your F2dxf into Moi, adjusted and closed the right hand side, and joined. I did not worry about symmetry.
I suggest joining the lines and curves in Moi before the dxf save.

Re-Saved from Moi as dxf.
Opened F2Joined.dxf in Aspire, thicknes 0.125. (I do not have Vcarve Pro.)
Created outside toolpath, for the perimeter.

For the very slender top slot, had to use a virtual end mill of .06 inches. (very tiny).
Shift selected all of the remaining inside toolpath cuts, and created toolpath with the .06 endmill.

Virtual cuts look good.

Your cuts look like the material moved around during CNC cutting. Or... (?)
I would say that Moi is not the problem. A little cleanup and joining before dxf save would be beneficial.

What are you using to cut with? Laser?
