I have some undesirable results. The Moi3d entire file fuse.3dm included is the source. I am using F2r, F3r, & F4r as examples.
I'm copying each component to be cut via export dxf to a folder then to VCarve pro. Attached see dxf exported files F2, F3 & F4
After accessing the dxf files in Vcarve they seem Ok. See attached sample F2-Vcarve.
After cutting the pieces look like this as seen in moi3d-vcarve. Notice the unacceptable areas noted in red.

Question: How do I solve this problem?

Next question: How do I get rid of the unwanted line in picture?
