Hi Brent, yes you'll be able to upgrade from V1 to V3 skipping V2. When an upgrade version of MoI is installed, it will ask you for a license key from the previous version if it can't find one already previously installed. The prompt will say something like "Please enter your v2 license key:" but you will be able to also put in your v1 license key there instead.

It will be the same price as the regular upgrade, there will actually only be one upgrade version, it will work with any previous version license either v2 or v1 as well.
