You have to turn repeat on when you enter the command, then it will stay on until you finish that round of sketches.

But it's possible to modify the SketchCurve command itself to have a sort of internal automatic repeat to it, so that it would stay in the command doing sketch curves without using the regular repeat checkbox mechanism.

To do that, overwrite the regular SketchCurve.js in the commands folder with the attached version.
